In between the Atlantic ocean and the Mediterranean the rivers can swell to wild streams after heavy Spring and Autumn rains.
Cevennes Evasion proposes you the descent of this savage beatiful rivers by  the so-called hairboat or hotdog; stable, inflatable selfvoiding boats.
An attractif adventure and discovery of the high South France valleys.

Canoeing in the Gorges du Tarn is possible from the month of April up to October.
During this period 45 km, of this river are accessible and allow you to make different canoe-trips from one up to four days.
Depending on the stretch; the Tarn can be canoed by debutantes as well as more experienced canoers.

Speleology
As speleologist one explores underground cavern and grottos; who have been formed over thousands of years in mainly limestone underground. The province Lozère in the south of France has a great number of such underground caverns. We will help you to discover this beautiful underground world.

Mountainbiking
In the south of the Lozère you will find hundreds of kilometers of mountainbike-tracks.

There day tour tracks as well as tracks over several days for débutantes and more experienced people.

Hiking is a very appropriate way to discover  the unspoilt, beautiful and variated surroundings of the Cévennes protected nature.

No particular equipment or experience needed, an adventure for all ages and level.

Canyoning is an active watersport which permits the discovery of the numerous brooklets and streams flowing in deep gorges. These gorges have been created over thousends and thousends of year mainly in slatestone and granite rock by water flowing down from mountains like the Mont Lozère and the Mont Aigoual.

Climbing

In the Tarn valley as well as in the Jonte valley, important vertical rock formations have been formed by nature, well appreciated by numerous birds in the region. Like birds climbers try to restrain this vertical world.

Via Corda
Descending 10 to 30 meter deep and narrow gorges and impressionating rockformations like "Rochefort" and "Saint Lucie" above Florac.

This activity practises  a mixed up technic of "via-ferrata" and climbing. It's a very special and sportif way to make part of the landscape, to discover the beauty of nature.
