The holiday cottage of Madame Therond

Independent house with garden, very well equiped, near the riverside of the Gardon river.
A groundfloor cottage of about 60 m²and situated about 5 km from the village of St Germain de Calberte,

A bedroom with a large double-bed and 1 comfortable double sofa bed in the living.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separated WC,

Isolated at the end of the road, no traffic at all, private car park.

A big and agreable garden with total privacy. Closed at the entrance without depths permits children to play around without danger.
Pets are admitted.

A little harbor of peace at the upperside of a little hamlet. It's situated at 200 m. of a farm with a 10 min drive to the village St Germain de Calberte and the village St Etienne Vallée Française with petrol, postoffice, grocery, bakery, restaurant, boucher, newspapers,pub/snack,etc...

Terraces with sun and shadow and a little beach for swimming near the house.

There are two supplemental sleepingplaces in a caravan in the garden at some distance of
the house.

The house of the neighbours lies behind a lot of green at 50 meters.
Calm and silence in the natural park of the Cevennes, in the middle of splendid naturee.
Nice view and very nice surroundings.

July and Ayust at least 14 days ; 5 to 15 % reduction for the booking of more than one consecutive week.
